What was the highlight of Baan Suan Villas Resort
Wonderful
Great Location, very close to Tiger Muay Thai (50m) Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms have air-conditioning and are regularly serviced and cleaned except on Sunday. Place is dated and a few cracked tiles here and there, but as long as you are not expecting 4/5* luxury it's a great place for the price. There are also two pools if you fancy a dip. Would deffo stay again.

What was the highlight of Baan Suan Villas Resort
Very Poor
Unfortunately I had to vacate the room after less than 10mins due to the nature of its setup and strong scent of woody damp. I had to walk through an unkept walk way, with sharp prickly bushes, narrow, muddy “path”. Lord knows how that would have been in the wet or dark. I was offered another similar room to change to but just wanted to leave immediately due to trouble breathing and the general unpleasantness The host / member of staff wasn’t very understanding or apologetic of the situation and refused to refund my money. Was fobbed off in a rude and abrupt email, “with a take it or leave it, it is what it it is” attitude. Booking.com also didn’t really get involved and said it was between you two. Very disappointed. Paid top money during high season for an entire week. Overall a terrible experience! I was in Thailand for over 7 weeks and my 3rd visit and this had to be have been my worse ever encounter there.

Insecure and poor breathing.
Great pool and nice gardens.
Rooms have no ventilation, no air, staff, well 1, is hardly there in the day and nobody is there at night, no one and no security.

Great location - just needs a touch up!
1. Location - next to Tiger Muay Thai and close to Unit 27. Laundry, barbers and golden fingers massage parlour a stones throw away. 2. Good sized swimming pool 3. Room cleaned daily 4. Polite staff
1. Firm mattress/pillows - not really an issue for me but just highlighting for others 2. I found cockroaches, lizards and mosquitoes in the room. Returned to find the room being cleaned but with the doors wide open allowing the creepy crawlies in. 3. Leak in bathroom which would soak the floor. Notified staff and was remedied with towels being thrown on the floor which would just be water logged. 4. Booking mentioned food discount at the restaurant but the restaurant was under construction / being renovated. Baan Suan has great potential just feel it needs a little upgrade (compared to all the other options on the Soi now).
